"Al and I are having a fabulous stay here thanks to your fabulous staff. We want to especially give our most heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Rafael. After we checked in, he carried our luggage to the room. At one point, Al whispered to him that he was about to propose marriage to me when we arrived at the room. Rafael asked us to wait a minute and ran off to get his camera. When I entered the room, all the efforts of other staff were present -- a bouquet of red roses, box of chocolates, chilled champagne, rose petal heart on bed -- and finally Al opened a big box and there was a giant chocolate chip cookie with "will you marry me" written on it. Rafael documented all this for us, sent us the photos, which we were able to send to family and friends. It was all so perfect thanks to Rafael and your staff who prepared the room.
I can't thank Avila Lighthouse Suites enough for an incredible engagement week. We will come back here annually on our engagement anniversary. Al is making the reservation for 2017 today, and I will buy two of your luxurious robes as a commemorative gift."

"We loved our stay. I love the Text Help for any questions [feature]. We used that a few times. The front desk helped us upon arrival and confirmed [that] the two places we wanted to eat for dinner were great choices. Then she told us a great place to eat pizza for my boys. We love the pool and the bike trail [that is] so close. The boys love the aquarium. The breakfast you provide was perfect because we had a fridge and microwave we could bring a few extras and then we didn't have to go out to eat for three meals. It was a wonderful and memorable stay. Next time we come it will be for longer and we are bringing family. I also just told my friend about it this morning. Thank you so very much!"
