All reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours before the arrival date to avoid penalty. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room and tax upon cancellation.

Upon check-in, we will place a hold on your card in the amount of room and tax plus $150, in case of any incidental charges. If a debit card is used, the authorization will appear as an actual charge and the remaining funds will be refunded at check out. The refund can take up to 7 business days to process.

Check-in begins at 4 PM daily. 

Visit us at the Front Desk or leave your keys in the room by 11 AM. 

Late check-outs may be requested, but not guaranteed. Late check-out is based on availability and extra fees may apply. Please contact the hotel directly to request a late check-out. 

 A daily self-parking fee of $15 USD, plus taxes per day, per vehicle, covers the cost of parking your vehicle on the resort property. This includes secure, covered, and well-maintained parking facilities with 24/7 surveillance.  We also offer pay-for electric vehicle charging stations.

Located on the Sun Deck, the pool and hot tub are open 8 AM - 10 PM daily and can be accessed using your room key. 

Game equipment is available at the Front Desk for complimentary use. Enjoy a game of life-size checkers or try out the putting green on our family-friendly play deck.
