Make it an Avila Beach getaway your pup can enjoy too! Savor beach views and spacious accommodations in our Master Suites. As our standard room type, each two-room Master Suite at our beachfront resort features a bedroom with one King or two Queen beds, a separate living room with a Queen sofa sleeper, a double vanity bathroom, and the best part—a balcony or patio with varying views of Avila Beach and beyond. Or choose to stay in our ADA King Owner's Suite, designed to feel like your home-suite-home on California's Central Coast, the spacious floorplan features a bedroom with a fireplace and one King bed, a living room with a fireplace and Queen sofa sleeper, a double vanity bathroom, a private patio, and a kitchen equipped with a full-size refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, and more.

For your comfort and convenience, our Avila Beach suites are fully stocked with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, including free WiFi and daily continental breakfast, flat-screen TVs in each room, Gloss Moderne bath amenities, iron/ironing board, hairdryer, compact refrigerator, coffee/coffeemaker, and a microwave.

Treat your furry friend to a coastal getaway at Avila Lighthouse Suites. Our pet-friendly ground floor suites offer the perfect home-away-from-home, complete with a private patio for enjoying the fresh ocean air. With easy access to grassy areas and scenic walking paths, your four-legged companion will love exploring Avila Beach just as much as you do. These suites have a non‑refundable pet cleaning fee of $150 per stay. No more than 2 pets are allowed per room.
