For years, guests have returned to Avila for the same reasons: the calming pace, the close location, and the feeling of being genuinely welcomed. As we transform into Avila Beach House, those things stay at the center of everything we do.
With this transformation, you can expect refreshed suites, reimagined spaces, and a design that draws from the tones and textures of the Central California coast. Warm, relaxed, and completely at home in Avila Beach.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Work will begin in April and continue through early July, completed in phases to preserve the ease and enjoyment of your stay.
Construction will take place Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We anticipate minimal disruption. Whenever possible, guests will be placed in accommodations away from active work areas, and our team will keep communication clear and timely throughout your stay.
KEY DATES
Lobby: Late May - July 2026
A temporary check-in area will be available nearby, with clear signage and team members available to guide you upon arrival.
Guest Rooms: April-July 2026
Room updates will be completed in phases with limited impact to the guest experience.
